Activation works like it does for iPods and iPads. Simply sync it with iTunes. Will be restored to factory settings before shipping. Includes: iPhone Box and all originally included literature OEM/Unused iPhone ear buds with integrated microphone SIM tool OEM apple charger with Australian power plug (unused) OEM USB cable (unused) Comes with a bonus Seidio case. It's sleek and has a slight rubberized texture. Also included is an iCase which offers better protection. Phone condition: THIS PHONE IS USED I have used this iPhone on both T-Mobile and AT&T. It has been running OS4 since it was released. This phone functions absolutely perfectly. However, it is used and has normal signs of usage. It is in very good physical condition. See pictures. The battery still lasts all day. There are a couple small hairline scratches to the left of the home button. There is a slightly larger (about 10mm) scratch on the screen just above and to the left of the home button. It is faint and pretty much not noticable when the screen is activated.
